Experience & Qualifications
We’re more interested in the right person than checking every box.
Ideal candidates will have experience in operations, warehouse, facilities, construction, manufacturing, fabrication, transportation, fleet management, equipment rental, public works, or similar hands-on environments.
•
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
•
Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
•
Comfortable driving company vans and 20’–26’ box trucks
•
Forklift experience is a plus (we’ll train the right person)
•
Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds
•
Comfortable using computers, mobile apps, and basic software for inventory, scheduling, and communication
You don’t need to be a mechanic. We do expect you to be comfortable diagnosing basic issues, asking good questions, working with vendors, and helping keep our vehicles, equipment, and facility running smoothly.
