Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
•
Patient Care: Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies.
•
Assessments: Monitor resident conditions and update care plans.
•
Documentation: Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR).
•
Leadership: Supervise LVNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
•
Collaboration: Coordinate care with physicians and families.
Requirements
Qualifications
•
License: Active, unrestricted California RN license.
•
Certification: Current BLS / CPR certification.
•
Experience: Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
•
Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and critical thinking.
