So if wanting to do more, own more, and make a bigger impact comes naturally to you, then you may be the person we’re looking for to join us in our next stage of growth.
We’re looking for a Manager, Revenue Forecasting & Analytics to lead the team responsible for building and scaling MNTN’s forecasting capabilities. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Analytics Engineering, you’ll own the models, methodologies, and planning processes that drive revenue forecasting, spend forecasting, net revenue projections, and executive scenario planning.
This is not a traditional FP&A role. Rather than owning budgets, accounting, close, or financial reporting, you’ll own the forecasting function, developing scalable models and planning frameworks that help predict where the business is going, not simply report where it’s been.
Success in this role depends on your ability to continuously identify what’s preventing forecasts from being as accurate and timely as they could be. Sometimes the answer is improving a forecasting model. Other times it means uncovering gaps in upstream business processes, data quality, or systems and driving cross-functional solutions to address them. You’ll need to influence without direct authority, partnering across Finance, Revenue, Data, and Engineering to strengthen the inputs that power business planning. We’re looking for someone who has built forecasting capabilities in a modern technology company and understands how finance, data, and engineering come together to power scalable business planning.
