Responsibilities
•
Analyze and review research, production, services and services, against the quality objectives of ISO 9001: 2008 in monthly reports and annual reports.
•
Analyze and report data related to departmental operations on a regular basis.
•
Observe the operational management system on a regular basis and advise the Department Head on corrective action, prevention or development for the activities for which it is responsible.
•
Coordination of conformity (calibration and verification) tools and minimum stock of research materials in accordance with the planned budget.
Job Requirements:
•
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry.
•
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), or quality management systems, preferably in manufacturing, research, or service environments.
•
Strong understanding of quality management systems, particularly ISO 9001 standards.
•
Familiar with calibration, verification processes, and quality control tools.
•
Experience in data analysis, reporting, and monitoring operational performance.
•
Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
•
Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
•
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for data analysis and reporting.
•
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
