This is a founding sales role at an early-stage B2B SaaS company building software for the commercial and industrial energy storage market. You will own the outbound pipeline end-to-end, reaching C-level decision-makers across the DACH region and broader Europe to drive revenue growth. Your work directly shapes how fast the company scales.
What You’ll Do
•
Build and manage a high-velocity outbound pipeline through cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach.

Identify and connect with C-level decision-makers at installers, battery manufacturers, and wholesalers.
•
Work closely with founders to test and refine pitch angles and messaging.
•
Use CRM systems and AI-powered sales automation tools to execute and track outreach at scale.
•
Take full ownership of hitting and exceeding ambitious pipeline and conversion targets.
What We’re Looking For
•
1 to 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS outbound sales or a high-velocity sales environment.
•
Demonstrated track record of executing cold outreach campaigns and meeting or exceeding quota.
•
Experience building and managing outbound pipelines independently.
•
Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales automation or AI-powered prospecting tools.
•
Native or bilingual German proficiency, plus fluent English.
•
Comfort with ambiguity and the pace of an early-stage startup.
•
A bonus: prior exposure to CleanTech, battery energy storage, or energy markets, or experience selling to enterprise or C-level buyers.
Compensation & Benefits
•
Base salary: 60,000 to 80,000 EUR annually, plus an uncapped performance bonus.
•
Equity participation via a VSOP or equivalent package with standard vesting.
•
Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site in Berlin, Hamburg, or Kiel, Germany. This is not a remote role.
