Whether your background is as a COTA, PT, or OT, you’ll be leading a dedicated team, supporting professional growth, and ensuring high-quality rehab services for residents.
What You’ll Do:

Lead the daily operations of the rehab department with hands-on guidance and mentorship

What We’re Looking For:
