Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year + full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
About the role
We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide virtual counseling services to clients throughout Tennessee. This role focuses on helping individuals navigate emotional, behavioral, and personal challenges through consistent therapy, practical support, and goal-focused care.
The position is well suited for an LPC who values quality client relationships, organized clinical work, and the ability to provide meaningful support in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
•
Lead scheduled counseling sessions with clients through telehealth
•
Identify client goals and support progress throughout the course of treatment
•
Apply counseling techniques that align with each client’s concerns and needs
•
Help clients develop strategies for managing stress, anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions
•
Maintain clear records of client interactions, progress, and treatment updates
•
Communicate professionally while following ethical and state counseling requirements
Requirements
•
Active Licensed Professional Counselor license in Tennessee
•
Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field
•
Experience providing therapy or counseling services
•
Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic records
•
Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills
•
Ability to work independently in a remote clinical setting
