Responsibilities
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
•
Compile logistics reports based on submitted requests.
•
Conduct weekly inspections of the terminal’s suppliers.
•
Submit reports (weekly, monthly, or quarterly) on ongoing projects or tasks and their progress.
•
Efficiently manage common areas.
Requirements
We expect you to have
•
Certified technician or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Technology, or related fields.
•
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative roles or
infrastructure maintenance coordination. (preferred).
•
Microsoft Office package know
•
Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple
tasks simultaneously.
•
Continuous improvement and process-driven mindset, Lean is a differential
•
Excellent English and Spanish written and verbal communication
