The Guinness Storehouse is Ireland’s number one visitor attraction and the Home of Guinness. Located in the heart of St. James’s Gate Brewery, we welcome millions of visitors each year through immersive experiences that bring the story of Guinness to life. From the iconic Gravity Bar to our interactive brand experiences, we create memorable moments for guests from around the world.

Our Visitor Experience Team are passionate brand ambassadors dedicated to delivering world-class customer experiences. We create engaging, memorable and inclusive visitor journeys while bringing the Guinness story to life through exceptional hospitality and service.
About the Role
We are seeking experienced Storehouse Assistants to join our Visitor Experience Team. As a Guinness Ambassador, you will play a key role in creating unforgettable visitor experiences by delivering exceptional customer service, hosting interactive experiences, and ensuring every guest receives a warm, professional welcome throughout their visit.
Role Responsibilities
•
Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for every visitor.
•
Welcome, engage and assist guests in a friendly, professional and approachable manner.
•
Guide visitors through Guinness tasting and pouring experiences with confidence and enthusiasm.
•
Deliver engaging orientations and host interactive visitor experiences.
•
Act as a proud ambassador for Guinness and the Guinness Storehouse brand.
•
Maintain high standards of beer quality, responsible alcohol service, health and safety, and operational excellence.
•
Work collaboratively as part of a team committed to creating magical moments for every visitor.
This role offers the opportunity to develop your hospitality, public speaking and customer engagement skills in a world-renowned visitor attraction while working alongside a passionate and supportive team.
Experience / Skills Required
We’d love to work with you if you have:
•
Previous experience delivering exceptional customer service in a hospitality, tourism or bar environment.
•
Experience in public speaking, entertaining, presenting or performing.
•
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with diverse audiences.
•
Fluent English, with additional languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, German or Chinese considered an advantage.
•
A positive, energetic and collaborative approach to work.
•
The ability to build positive relationships and contribute to a high-performing team environment.
