The Stationary Engineer is responsible for the operation, monitoring, maintenance, and repair of hotel building systems and equipment, including HVAC, boilers, chillers, electrical distribution systems, plumbing, life safety systems, and other mechanical infrastructure. This role helps ensure the hotel operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable regulations while maintaining the highest standards of guest comfort and service. The Stationary Engineer responds to equipment issues, performs preventive maintenance, and supports the Engineering team in protecting the hotel’s physical assets.
