Requirements
Residency in or relocation to Louisiana is preferred for all positions.
Job Duties:
•
Gather information to assist in identification of intrusion attempts
•
Assist with monitoring the security environment using various methods
•
Monitor logs and use correlation software
•
Learn and review existing security technologies and trends
Required Qualifications:
·Degree program(s) / Current Status: Junior or Senior level undergraduate student, graduate student, or recently graduated with Computer Science and Cybersecurity concentrations
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Knowledge of information technology, cybersecurity, security systems, or applications preferred.
•
Must demonstrate effective oral and written communication abilities.
•
Must demonstrate the ability to think analytically and present ideas professionally.
•
Self-motivated, adaptable to a changing work environment, and team-oriented.
•
Undergraduates must be able to work 15 – 20 hours per week during the Spring and Fall semesters and 30 – 40 hours per week during the summer. Recent graduates must be able to work 30 – 40 hours per week year round.
