Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities Process
• Perform the duties of checker for the activities assigned diligently.
• Works as SME for the process
• Nurture team members.
• Understand the process/ policies of the Bank and adhere to the needs.
• Work closely with overseas branch to process/execute the transactions as per accuracy/quality standards/SLAs of the Bank.
• Learn the system functions and adhere to the controls.
• Support overseas branch to resolve operational incidents/reporting (if any).
• Provide suggestion(s) to improve/streamline the operational processes.
• Provide support in handling Audits.
Requirements
Candidate Profile
• Minimum 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in Deposit, Remittances products and Payment Operations
• Strong PC skills (MS Office)
• Knowledge of SWIFT message types and Payment Systems; OVS, GPP, CHAPS, SEPA, RTGS , EPS and Low Value payments etc.
• Exposure to Account Opening process, / Account Maintenance, Static Data maintenance process & Customer data management.
