The ideal candidate will play a key role as an MAIT Additive Manufacturing Engineer, working on the development and qualification of additive manufacturing (AM) processes, including the definition of print parameters for new materials. This role will also involve supporting the certification of AM components to comply with high industry standards, including NASA regulations.
As an MAIT Additive Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in the development, qualification, and industrialization of Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF) technologies for critical aerospace hardware.
You will support the full lifecycle of aerospace hardware, from manufacturability assessment and process development through qualification, certification, and production readiness. Working closely with Design Engineering, Materials & Processes, Quality, Testing, and Manufacturing teams, you will contribute to the delivery of flight-ready components across TEC’s propulsion and space systems programs.
This is a technically demanding role with direct impact on flight hardware development, manufacturing capability, and future production scalability.
