Through this program, our goal is to develop well-rounded professionals for future leadership roles in Pfizer Türkiye and other Pfizer Global countries. And therefore, management trainees rotate to different assignments to gain insight on every aspect of the business.

We are looking for…
• Fresh 2025 Graduates from reputable universities with a related Bachelor’s degree (preferably Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or an MBA degree from a reputable university in Turkey or abroad.)
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
• Excellent Analytical skills • Eagerness to take initiative.
• Potential for going beyond and further.
• Curiosity for learning and development.
• Willingness to work for human life. That will be your purpose and passion!
