We are building the AI-native operating system for real estate agencies in Spain, one of the largest, most fragmented and least digitised industries in Southern Europe. We deploy specialized AI agents that run an agency’s core operations 24/7: answering every lead in seconds, qualifying buyers and tenants, scheduling visits, and, over time, operating the entire transaction.
The product is live and in production with our first client. You won’t be alone: there is already a co-founder on board, a senior operator who has built and scaled AI systems from zero to production at enterprise level, and the backing of Antai’s full studio team. We are now looking for the co-founder who will own the commercial side of the company.
You are a builder at heart. This is not a sales job where you inherit a pipeline, a script and a quota someone else designed. You will create the commercial engine of a company from zero, with the ownership and equity of a founder.
You know how to build an AI-native sales pipeline, automating the grunt work of prospecting and enrichment so you can focus 100% on building relationships and closing deals. You are writing the playbook. High agency, total ownership, zero excuses - that is the job.
