Key Responsibilities:
Operates and maintains standard and non-standard manufacturing equipment in accordance with established safety and quality protocols.
Performs routine and non-routine inspections and troubleshooting on machinery, escalating basic to moderately complex issues to senior technicians or supervisors.
Documents production data and equipment performance, ensuring records are accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Adheres to standard operating procedures and participates in periodic audits to maintain compliance with industry and organization’s standards.
Identifies and implements standard and non-standard process improvements to enhance efficiency, product quality, or workplace safety.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support production schedules and resolve workflow bottlenecks.
Follows safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines, reporting any incidents or hazards promptly to leadership.
