About the Role
US Energy Windows & Doors is seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Remote Live Chat Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers and prospective clients, providing exceptional support through online chat, email, and other digital communication channels. You will be instrumental in answering basic inquiries about our high-quality windows and doors, assisting customers with scheduling appointments and consultations, meticulously documenting customer interactions, and ensuring all inquiries receive timely and appropriate follow-up. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to help customers find the solutions they need. Key Responsibilities
•
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through live chat and email, ensuring a positive first impression.
•
Answer general questions about windows, doors, installation processes, consultation scheduling, and other company services with accuracy and clarity.
•
Assist customers with scheduling consultations and appointments, coordinating with the sales and installation teams as needed.
•
Provide timely updates regarding orders, appointments, and service requests when information is readily available.
•
Identify customer needs and effectively direct complex or specialized questions to the appropriate department or specialist.
•
Document all customer conversations and interactions accurately within the CRM system and update customer records meticulously.
•
Follow up on customer inquiries that require additional assistance or further investigation to ensure complete resolution.
•
Maintain a consistently professional, helpful, and courteous tone in every customer interaction, reflecting the company’s commitment to service excellence.
•
Handle customer concerns and complaints calmly and professionally, seeking to de-escalate situations and find satisfactory solutions.
•
Coordinate effectively with sales, installation, and administrative teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient workflow.
•
Protect customer information and maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with company policies and data privacy regulations.
•
Adhere to all company procedures, communication standards, and service guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
•
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
•
Previous customer service, live chat support, call center, administrative, or sales-support experience is highly preferred, providing a strong understanding of customer interaction dynamics.
•
Excellent written communication and grammar skills are essential for clear and effective online communication.
•
Strong typing speed and accuracy, coupled with proficient computer skills, are necessary for efficient chat and data entry.
•
Comfortable and proficient in using CRM systems, email clients, various chat platforms, spreadsheets, and other web-based applications.
•
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks, from communication to data entry.
•
Proven ability to multitask effectively while managing multiple customer conversations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
•
A professional, patient, and genuinely customer-focused attitude, prioritizing customer satisfaction in every interaction.
•
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting, demonstrating self-discipline and motivation.
•
Must possess a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home workspace free from distractions.
