Located in the heart of Central Ohio, Illuminate USA is transforming solar panel manufacturing from our cutting-edge facility in Pataskala. As a new standalone joint venture established by two global leaders in renewable energy, we’ve rapidly grown to over 1,500 associates and are now fully operational in our 1.1 million-square-foot factory. About the role

This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient workflows, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting safety initiatives, and fostering a positive team environment. Must have a strong background in warehouse operations, proven leadership experience, and a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to driving success.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and short-haul transportation

· Coordinate tasks and staffing to ensure smooth, efficient workflows and on-time operations

· Train, mentor, and oversee warehouse team members, ensuring adherence to proper handling procedures, inventory practices, and safety standards

· Manage the establishment, maintenance, and accuracy of inventory records, ensuring proper tracking of all inbound and outbound goods

· Promote and enforce strong warehouse safety practices, continually enhancing personnel and property safety awareness

· Monitor and optimize warehouse layouts, space utilization, and processes for maximum efficiency

· Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and other tools to track, analyze, and report on warehouse performance

· Ensure all operations align with company safety, quality, and productivity standards

· Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications

· Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred

· Minimum of 5 years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role

· Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics workflows

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms

· Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

· Solid understanding of warehouse safety standards and best practices
