About the role
We at HUMANZ Israel are expanding and looking for a student to join and strengthen our team in Israel as a Customer Success (Student Position)!
Responsibilities
The role includes supporting campaign management for social media influencers, and working closely with both influencers and clients.
As a Customer Success Student at Humanz, you’ll play a key part in the ongoing operations of our team. You’ll assist in coordinating campaigns, communicating with influencers, supporting clients, and learning the ins and outs of influencer marketing.

Responsibilities include:

Assist in managing and executing creators marketing campaigns
•
Support day-to-day communication with creators and clients
•
Help source and identify relevant influencers and creators for campaigns
•
Support the growth and engagement of Humanz’s influencer community
•
Build and maintain ongoing relationships with creators
•
Assist with community initiatives, communications, and activities
•
Help coordinate influencer partnerships, content, and campaign deliverables
•
Assist with campaign tracking, reporting, and analysis
•
Support internal team operations and documentation
•
Building a Content Strategy for UGC Campaigns Across Different Industries
Requirements
•
Student currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
•
Strong familiarity with and interest in influencers, creators, social media, and digital communities
•
Naturally connected to social media trends and the creator world
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
•
Creative mindset and enthusiasm for building relationships and communities
•
Ability to work from our office in Ramat Gan
•
Prior experience in social media, influencer marketing, or community management – an advantage
