We’re looking for an experienced and passionate OSHC Coordinator to lead our service in the Success area, creating an inclusive, supportive and engaging environment for children with a diverse range of needs.
This is a permanent part-time role offering 33.5 hours per week, including 6 hours of paid non-contact administration time.

Rise then Shine: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–9:00am
•
Stay and Play: Monday–Friday, 2:30pm–6:00pm
•
Vacation Care: School holidays, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–6:00pm
As Coordinator, you’ll lead a team of Educators, oversee the day-to-day operation of the service and help create a space where every child feels safe, included and supported to participate.
This role would particularly suit someone with experience in Occupational Therapy, disability or inclusion support, education support, early childhood, positive behaviour support, or working with children with additional needs.
You’ll bring a strong understanding of inclusive practice and the confidence to support your team through individual needs and more complex situations, while creating consistency, effective routines and positive experiences for all children.
You’ll also build strong relationships with children, families and the school community, support program planning and quality improvement, and ensure the service meets relevant compliance requirements.
