This position requires evening, holiday, and weekend hours. The Coordinator must be available for early morning and/or evening programs and special circumstances that may arise. The Coordinator must be eligible to drive as needed on official University business. Scheduling will be coordinated by the supervising Director(s). This position will support both units in a flexible manner, depending on busy seasons, deadlines, staffing needs, etc., as directed by the supervising Director(s).
This position requires a valid driver’s license, will require an MVR, and is subject to drug screens per PM-33/PS-67/FASOP HR-04.
As mandated by federal regulations, U.S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Residence is required to be a Designated School Official (DSO) and Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO) for approval to access the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) and thereby perform the duties of this position.
Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of experience working with students in a university setting.
