Enhance User Experience & Engagement: You will play a critical role in designing intuitive and engaging user journeys. From conducting user research and developing personas to creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI, your work will help define our product’s overall experience.
Contribute to Our Design System: You will help maintain and enhance our design system, ensuring consistency across our digital platforms. Your contributions will help shape a scalable and structured approach to design at Ceartas.
Take Ownership of Features: You will be responsible for taking features from concept to completion, considering all user touchpoints and edge cases. You will work collaboratively with engineers and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
Support Research-Driven Design: You will participate in user research efforts, gathering qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions. Your ability to analyze and interpret research findings will contribute to a more user-centric product.
Work Cross-Functionally: You will collaborate with engineers, business stakeholders, and other designers to ensure a seamless handoff between design and development. Understanding basic coding principles and technical feasibility will be a plus in this role.
