The LCSW/LPC Lead, under general supervision, is responsible for assisting with overall program development, quality, operations, and improvement. The Lead abides by guidelines and expectations specific to the clinical area in which they provide patient care and establishes a learning alliance with staff to increase knowledge, skills, abilities, and attitudes. As needed and appropriate under Team Supervisor direction, the Lead may offer employees guidance and support, participate in clinic policy planning and implementation, and schedule and coordinate assigned work to assure services provision (e.g., coverage). The Lead strives to create positive customer experience by committing to higher standards.
