As Senior Legal Counsel, Corporate, you will provide strategic legal guidance on corporate governance, securities law, SEC reporting, regulatory compliance, and corporate transactions for a publicly traded company. You will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and cross-functional business teams, helping the organization navigate complex legal and governance matters while supporting long-term business objectives.
In this role, you’ll support Board and committee governance activities, public company reporting and disclosure obligations, and the management of subsidiary and affiliated entities. You will advise on securities law, investor relations, disclosure controls, financial reporting matters, and governance best practices, while helping ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.You’ll partner with teams across Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, Compensation, and Information Technology to identify risks, solve business challenges, and support key initiatives. You will also play a meaningful role in financing activities, capital markets transactions, and other strategic corporate projects, including due diligence, governance reviews, and related disclosure requirements.
As legal and regulatory landscapes continue to evolve, you will monitor developments in governance, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies, providing practical guidance on business impacts and risk mitigation. You will also leverage legal technology and AI-enabled tools to enhance legal research, document review, drafting, benchmarking, and overall operational effectiveness while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professional judgment.
