Requirements
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

Valid Business License
•
General Liability insurance
•
Worker’s Compensation Insurance (if applicable)
•
Federal EIN #
•
Professional attitude and good communication skills
•
Ability to pass a criminal background check
•
An already established business
•
At least one employee or co-owner in addition to the business owner
