Who you are
• A founder who executes. Titles and pedigree matter less to me than range, judgment, and relentless ownership. The best signal is that you’ve built something real, a company, a project, a team from nothing. Former founders, early startup operators, and first-few-employees are exactly who I want; career-pivoters welcome too, if you can show you run through walls. This is not a role for consultants who plan; it’s for people who do.
• Extremely high agency. You see what needs to happen and you make it happen, without permission, without a playbook.
• A high-agency generalist. You can swing from a sales call to a hiring debrief to an ops fire in the same afternoon and create structure where there wasn’t any.
• A workhorse with instinct. You outwork the room, but you also have the judgment to know what’s worth doing in the first place.
• Ownership to the core. You own outcomes, not tasks. A dropped ball is physically uncomfortable for you.
• All-in on AI. You believe, like I do, that AI employees are the future, and you’re already living in these tools, not just exploring them.
