Job Profile Summary
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Software Developer with a strong focus on Python development to join the Equity Linked Structured Notes Technology team, supporting the Pricing and Booking platform. This role provides an opportunity to work on complex, business-critical systems that have significant visibility across Trading, Structuring, Sales, Quantitative Services, Operations, and Technology teams.
The successful candidate will combine strong software engineering skills with hands-on experience in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, and C#. They will play a key role in the design, development, and enhancement of front-office applications that underpin the Structured Notes business.
Given the highly collaborative nature of the role, it is important that this position is based within the AMRS region to provide effective coverage and partnership with key stakeholders, including the Quantitative Services Group, Trading, Sales, Structuring, and regional Technology teams. Proximity to these groups will enable faster decision-making, stronger collaboration, and more effective execution of strategic initiatives.
This is a critical hire within the Structured Notes Technology organization. The successful candidate will work closely with front-office business partners and technology teams to drive the continued evolution, scalability, and delivery of the Structured Notes technology platform, while contributing to the firm’s broader strategic objectives in the Equity Linked Structured Products space.
