Key Responsibilities:
Operates basic manufacturing equipment and tools as directed, following standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
Completes assigned production tasks such as material handling, assembly, or packaging, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Inspects products or components for visible defects and reports any quality concerns to supervisors.
Documents simple production data or counts as required by established forms or checklists.
Maintains cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with safety and housekeeping standards.
Escalates equipment malfunctions or process deviations to senior technicians or supervisors for resolution.
Follows all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements relevant to the manufacturing environment.
