Job Description
The operations associate is responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and processing various activities in support of property and casualty insurance operations. The candidate will need to perform activities with a high degree of accuracy and consistently meet service level requirements. This position will be part of the

•Policy Issuance
•Endorsement Issuance
•Vendor invoicing
•Quality Assurance
•Rating/Quoting support
•Policy file documentation
•File Set Ups
•User Acceptance Testing
•File Audits
•Interact with team and customers to complete deliverables
•Communicate issues or queries on a timely basis to ensure quick resolutions
•Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes, as needed Required
Skills/Experience
•Strong math and analytical skills
•Excellent problem-solving ability
•Excellent proficiency with MS Excel & ability to apply it
•Organized & methodical approach to tasks
•Ability and willingness to learn
•Collaborative teammate with positive attitude
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Optional Requirements
•Strong verbal/written communication with fluency in the English language
