About the role
The Vice President of Ecommerce and Marketing Technology owns Medline’s digital commerce and marketing platforms as revenue-generating systems. This leader sets technology strategy and ensures the ecosystem is reliable, secure, integrated, scalable, and aligned with business priorities.
Central to the One Medline.com, Personalized strategy, the role unifies separate platforms and tools into one digital ecosystem that helps customers find, evaluate, buy from, and return to Medline while reducing duplication and complexity.
The role partners with Marketing, Ecommerce, Sales, Data & Analytics, Supply Chain, and Enterprise Architecture and represents IT with commercial leadership. Success is measured by revenue enablement, adoption, reliability, simplification, and speed to market.

Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this position:
$234,000.00 - $351,000.00 Annual
The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
