The Director, Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) provides strategic and operational leadership for FLINT’s Electrical & Instrumentation business across construction, maintenance, turnarounds, shutdowns, and capital project delivery. This role holds overall accountability for the safety, profitability, quality, and growth of E&I operations while ensuring successful project execution and long-term business development.
As a senior leader, the Director, E&I works closely with Operations, Business Development, Project Management, Supply Chain, HSE, Finance, and clients to develop and execute strategies that position FLINT as a leader in industrial E&I services. The role is responsible for aligning operational performance with strategic growth objectives, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring industry-leading standards in safety, quality, and execution excellence.
