As the Sr Analyst Supply Chain Optimization, you will serve as a key partner in shaping how product moves through Academy’s domestic and international supply chain network. You will analyze freight flow, identify operational constraints, and use data-driven insights to improve service levels, cost efficiency, and predictability across transportation and distribution activities. Leveraging Transportation Management Systems, reporting tools, and cross-functional collaboration, you will help ensure inventory reaches the right place at the right time.
In this role, you will lead optimization initiatives that connect Merchandising, Transportation, Distribution Center Operations, Finance, and Technology teams. You will develop forecasts, performance dashboards, scenario models, and planning frameworks that support business decisions and network performance. Your work will directly influence operational efficiency, carrier relationships, process improvements, and long-term supply chain effectiveness.
