We need a Physical Therapist with outpatient experience who is comfortable making treatment decisions independently and managing a variety of orthopedic cases.
Patients won’t all be at the same stage of recovery. Some will need basic mobility work after surgery. Others will be ready for heavier strengthening, return-to-work preparation, or higher-level functional activity.
The therapist in this role needs to recognize those differences and treat accordingly.

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Approximately 1–2 patients per hour
•
$88,000–$95,000 annually, depending on experience

Your Clinical Work
•
Complete new patient examinations
•
Review strength, movement, pain, and functional limitations
•
Determine short- and long-term therapy goals
•
Choose appropriate interventions for each stage of recovery
•
Provide therapeutic exercise and movement training
•
Incorporate manual techniques as indicated
•
Compare current function with previous visits
•
Adjust the treatment approach when needed
•
Give patients practical guidance for activity between appointments
•
Document care accurately and on time
Requirements
•
Physical Therapist License
•
DPT Degree or MSPT Degree
•
Previous outpatient PT experience
