The Role

As an AI Business Consultant at Kyndryl, you will support clients across multiple industries in identifying strategic opportunities to remain competitive and differentiate themselves by leveraging artificial intelligence.

You will combine business acumen with a strong understanding of AI technologies to translate complex challenges into actionable initiatives, shaping AI adoption pathways that deliver measurable impact across operations, customer engagement, and strategic growth. In addition, you will maintain a strong awareness of industry trends, market dynamics, competitive movements, and technological advancements. This perspective will allow you to provide proactive insights and strategic recommendations, helping organizations anticipate change and capitalize on new opportunities enabled by AI and data-driven innovation.

• Identify and define AI-driven opportunities aligned with business strategy across multiple industries

• Translate complex business needs into AI-enabled solutions, use cases, and adoption roadmaps

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 4+ years of experience in a consulting environment with a strong technology focus, preferably in digital transformation, data, or AI-related initiatives

• Strong understanding of AI technologies (machine learning, generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics) and their business applications

• Ability to analyze and interpret AI trends and market developments, translating them into practical business insights

• Cross-industry business awareness and ability to understand different sector dynamics

• Experience acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams

• Proven project management capabilities, including stakeholder coordination and delivery tracking

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure problems and support data-driven decision making

• Curiosity and continuous learning attitude toward AI technologies, digital transformation, and innovation.

Benefits

The position will be governed by the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees of the Metalworking Industry (Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per i dipendenti dell’Industria Metalmeccanica e della Installazione di Impianti), with classification as Impiegato.

The employment contract may be offered as a permanent employment contract (contratto a tempo indeterminato).

The salary range for the position in Italy is € 47.840,00 to € 81.380,00 based on a full-time schedule at the time of posting. The level assigned and the corresponding remuneration within the salary range indicated above will be determined in accordance with several factors such as, geographical tier, job-related skills, education and experience that selected candidates bring to the team.

For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.
