Job Description
FLINT is seeking a Foreperson with a minimum of 5 years’ industrial maintenance experience, including supervisory experience, for a permanent role in the Fort McMurray area, Alberta starting September, 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a 7 Days In & 7 Days Out schedule, 12-hour workdays, camp accommodation, flights and benefits after 300+ hours worked.
Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance, O&G, or heavy industrial environments.

Previous experience leading crews in maintenance or turnaround settings.
