The Business Analyst team shapes the strategy, growth, and performance of Robinhood’s credit products, delivering top-tier experiences for our users. As part of the broader Credit organization, we work closely with product, engineering, risk, and operations to unlock sustainable business growth through deep analytical rigor. Our team fosters a collaborative, ownership-driven culture where every analyst directly influences business strategy and product direction.
As a Business Analyst Intern, you’ll spend 12 weeks embedded within a team across our Money and Growth org, getting direct exposure to the metrics, stakeholders, and strategic priorities that drive Robinhood’s core business. You’ll own real work from day one and build the analytical and cross-functional skills that define our team. Top performers may be extended an offer to join our 18-month rotational Business Analyst program after graduation.
This role is based in our Washington, DC office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
