Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
● Manage global conference calendars and updates and support the Event Leads on all logistics and support communications.
● Manage Event share drive to ensure all event information is organized and easily accessible to all stakeholders.
● Assist with materials orders and shipping for all level conferences.
● Track Event Campaigns in Wrike (project management tool) to ensure all projects are on track and stakeholder teams are aligned.
● Manage list processing and reporting for all Tier 1 and Tier 2 event.
● Follow up with stakeholders as needed to manage timelines and project deadlines; coordinate the details necessary to complete projects.
● Help send, post, submit, distribute or otherwise disseminate marketing materials, projects, and content once complete.
● Assist with event planning and logistics this may include researching restaurant / hotel locations for small group dinners, local activities, etc.
● Assist with budget and payment tracking.
● Assist with various other event and field marketing related activities as needed.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality, communications, business, or related field
● 3-5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, event planning, or communications
● Ability to work on multiple projects at a time
● Ability to communicate with multiple members of the team effectively
● Strong attention to details
● Excellent organizational and project management skills
● Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
● Experience with project/event management software is a plus
