The Workforce Development Manager will lead the design, implementation, and management of ACCIONA’s workforce development programs across infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for building sustainable talent pipelines through strategic partnerships with workforce organizations, training institutions, community stakeholders, and universities while supporting early career recruitment in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
The position plays a critical role in supporting project workforce needs by developing local hiring, training, apprenticeship, On-the-Job Training (OJT), and workforce inclusion initiatives that align with contractual commitments and project staffing requirements. The Workforce Development Manager will work closely with project leadership, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and external partners to strengthen workforce capacity, promote career pathways, and ensure a continuous pipeline of qualified talent to support project execution and long-term business objectives. Additionally, the role will support workforce participation and DBE-related workforce initiatives, helping projects meet owner requirements, enhance community engagement, and maximize opportunities for local and underrepresented populations.
