As a Process Operator Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations by monitoring refinery and minefield processes and making necessary adjustments.
Our Process Operator Technician Training Program provides structured progression through multiple production areas and offers the opportunity to earn a Journeyperson Trade Certification, supporting your long-term career development.
Our operations began in 1964 and was the first, and the largest, potash solution mine in the world. Belle Plaine’s potash is white due to the unique solution mining techniques. The on-site dry product warehouse capacity is 250,000 tons. The transportation of outgoing products is by rail and truck to deliver to farmers around the world. These products are used in agriculture and in a variety of industrial environments.
