You will own the complete deployment lifecycle for Zauber’s AI agents with global freight forwarders, turning signed contracts into production systems that deliver measurable business value. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll define how we implement, integrate, and scale our AI agents across complex enterprise environments. Every implementation you lead in these early stages builds the foundation for how we onboard hundreds of customers in the future.
• Own end-to-end deployment for enterprise customers, from kickoff through go-live and hypercare to large scale roll-out and use-case expansion
• Work directly with customer stakeholders across operations, IT, and business teams to map workflows, configure agents, and drive adoption
• Partner closely with engineering/product to troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate system integrations, and feed customer insights back to product
• Contribute to improving deployment playbooks, escalation processes, and operational readiness over time, incl. creating repeatable processes, templates, and best practices that enable the team to scale while compressing deployment cycles and time-to-value
• Drive change management and operator training, turning skeptical users into AI champions who trust and rely on the agents
