About this role
The Aladdin Client Engagement (ACE) group manages strategic technology partnerships with Aladdin clients globally. ACE serves as the senior, trusted interface between clients and the Aladdin business, with accountability for value delivery, platform adoption, and long-term commercial outcomes.
This is a highly visible, client-facing role supporting Tier-1 Middle East institutions, including large asset owners and institutional investors. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to client stakeholders, build strong and durable relationships across business and functional teams, and develop a detailed understanding of each institution’s priorities, challenges, and evolving needs. Through proactive engagement and consistent follow-through, they will help clients realize measurable value from Aladdin, eFront, and WPS across their Public and Private Markets investment lifecycles.
Your Team
As part of one of BlackRock’s fastest-growing businesses, you will join a team focused on helping institutional investors maximize value from their investment technology ecosystem. The team works closely with clients across investments, risk, operations, technology, and data functions, partnering with product, engineering, transformation, and commercial teams to deliver measurable outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with some of the most sophisticated asset owners and institutional investors in the Middle East while contributing to the growth of the Aladdin business.
Your Role and Impact
You will help manage important elements of the front-to-back client relationship, building trusted partnerships with key stakeholders and ensuring client priorities are understood and acted upon across BlackRock. Through a combination of investment lifecycle knowledge, consultative problem solving, and disciplined execution, you will help drive adoption, value realization, and long-term relationship success. You will serve as a critical link between clients and internal teams, translating client objectives into actionable plans and coordinating execution across multiple stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities

Build and maintain trusted client relationships, developing a deep understanding of client objectives, stakeholder dynamics, priorities, risks, and opportunities while ensuring strong relationship health and execution discipline.

Lead preparation for governance reviews and strategic engagements, using client insights to support platform adoption, renewals, and growth opportunities.
•
Drive value delivery across Public and Private Markets by applying a consultative approach, executing adoption initiatives, monitoring progress, and ensuring measurable business outcomes.
•
Partner with product, engineering, transformation, and support teams to represent client needs, coordinate delivery, and manage risks and escalations effectively.
•
Contribute to team excellence through knowledge sharing, best-practice development, and support of junior team members.
•
Support regional growth initiatives by representing Aladdin solutions with institutional investors and bringing client and market insights back into the business.
Requirements
Your Experience
•
6+ years of experience within financial services, financial technology, consulting, or institutional investing, with a proven ability to build trusted client relationships and deliver exceptional client service.
•
Knowledge of Public and Private Markets operating models, workflows, data, and technology across the investment lifecycle, with the ability to develop broader front-to-back expertise.
•
Demonstrated experience managing client deliverables, projects, or cross-functional workstreams involving multiple stakeholders.
•
Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt messaging across business, technology, and executive audiences.
•
High personal accountability, sound judgment, curiosity, and resilience, including proactive risk identification and escalation.
•
Familiarity with Aladdin, eFront, WPS, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar investment technology and relationship management platforms.
•
Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, FRM, or project management certifications are advantageous; fluency in English is required and Arabic is beneficial.
