We’re looking for an experienced Manager Recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team and lead recruitment across a portfolio of revenue & commercial functions. This is a highly visible role partnering with senior leaders to identify, attract, and secure talent across multiple international markets.
You’ll operate in a fast-moving, complex environment where hiring requirements can span countries, functions, and levels of seniority. While experience recruiting within aviation would be valuable, it isn’t essential. We’re particularly interested in recruiters who have developed their careers within large, international organizations and complex matrix structures, and who understand what it takes to recruit globally.
The role is hands-on. You’ll own searches yourself, build international talent pipelines, advise leaders on the external market, and increasingly use AI-enabled sourcing and recruitment technology to identify talent that traditional sourcing approaches may not reach.
