Requirements
Provides spiritual and emotional support to patients, families, and members of the Hospice Team.
Location: Manhattan
Salary: $65,688.82 - $83,221.82/annually
Qualifications:
Nice to have
•
One (1) year experience in pastoral/spiritual counseling with issues relating to illness, death, grief and bereavement.
•
Minimum two (2) units of Clinical Pastoral education, credentialed Chaplain or Board Certified Chaplain preferred.
•
Recognition as a Pastoral or Spiritual Counselor.
•
At least one year of hospice experience preferred.
•
Ability to minister to patient/family from diverse cultures and beliefs in their own homes and work as members of an interdisciplinary team.
•
A valid driver’s license is required. (This requirement does not apply to positions assigned exclusively to Manhattan territory)
•
A vehicle is required to commute to patients. (This requirement does not apply to positions assigned exclusively to Manhattan territory)
