About the company
OneSignal is the autonomous lifecycle marketing engine for B2C app companies. Marketers can orchestrate the campaigns that onboard, engage, and retain users, increasing LTV and reducing churn. Companies like Zynga, Bitcoin.com, and Philips use OneSignal to drive outcomes with AI that scales with you.
We’re Series C, venture-backed by SignalFire, Rakuten Ventures, Y Combinator, HubSpot, and BAM Elevate. We offer remote work as the default option in the United States in California, Colorado, Florida, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah and Washington. As well as in the UK, Singapore, and Canada - with plans to expand the locations we support in the future. Some roles are hybrid roles and will be listed as such. We have offices in San Francisco and San Mateo in CA, in London, UK, and offer flex seating options for employees to work together in-person in NY and other areas. Hiring in Singapore is done in partnership with a local EOR, and hiring in Canada is done in partnership with Rippling’s EOR.
OneSignal has a lot of the great tech startup qualities you’d expect, but we don’t stop there. Our massive scale and small team, emphasis on collaboration, and focus on ownership and personal growth make OneSignal a uniquely great place to work.
About the role
We’re seeking a hands-on Product Marketing Manager to execute product launches and support go-to-market initiatives across our self-serve and direct sales business. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive successful rollout, positioning, and adoption. We’re looking for a strong executor who can translate established priorities into clear, polished launch, messaging, and enablement assets.
Our primary audiences include developers, mobile app teams, and technical product managers. This role requires the ability to translate platform capabilities AI, integrations, and automation into compelling narratives and practical materials for both technical and business stakeholders.
Much of the work will focus on delivering product and feature launch materials and sales-facing content such as decks, one-pagers, and competitive assets, while helping refine messaging and differentiation in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Do:
Execute Product & Feature Launches
•
Own execution of product and feature launches based on strategic direction
•
Develop clear, high-quality launch materials across technical and business audiences, including blogs, release notes, product pages, and enablement content
•
Partner closely with Product to translate platform capabilities (AI, integrations, data workflows, automation) into clear, differentiated messaging and use cases
•
Coordinate cross-functional timelines to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
Support Sales Enablement
•
Create and maintain sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, solution briefs, competitive battlecards, and technical FAQs
•
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure materials clearly communicate product value, use cases, and differentiation
•
Continuously improve assets based on product updates, competitive insights, and field feedback to drive onboarding, activation, and expansion
Collaborate & Operate Independently
•
Independently deliver high-quality, structured work across multiple projects
•
Gather technical and customer insights to strengthen messaging and launch materials
•
Proactively identify gaps in launch or enablement content and address them
•
Monitor competitive landscape, AI, and industry trends to keep messaging relevant and differentiated
What You’ll Bring:
•
4+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS (martech, customer engagement, developer tools, or similar)
•
Proven track record of owning and executing product launches end to end with measurable outcomes
•
Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear value propositions for developers, product teams, and business stakeholders (blogs, technical guides, decks, one-pagers, competitive assets)
•
Strong technical fluency: comfortable explaining AI features, APIs, integrations, and platform capabilities to multiple audiences
•
Experience with and interest in AI/ML applications in marketing or customer engagement
•
Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work on deadline
•
Ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems and move work forward independently
•
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience working closely with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams
•
High ownership mindset with strong accountability and attention to detail
