Dunning & Payment Analysis: Analyzing account balances and issuing dunning letters to anticipate bad debt and highlight overdue invoices.

Account Holds & Releases: Managing account statuses by applying blocks or releasing holds based on payment performance and risk level.
•
Credit Limits: Reviewing, adjusting, and updating customer credit limits in accordance with company policy.
•
Inbound Support & Guidance: Handling incoming calls and emails from Centers, Sales teams, and customers regarding credit issues, and explaining payment conditions required to unblock accounts.
•
Dispute & Litigation Management: Identifying reasons for payment issues, coordinating with internal teams to resolve blockers, and creating, escalating, and tracking litigation files for unresolved cases.
•
Refunds : Processing customer refund requests.

Language & Communication Proficiency: Fluent French to handle high-volume email workflows and answer incoming phone calls from customers and internal teams professionally.

High Email Responsiveness: Efficient, accurate, and timely email management to ensure fast resolution of all incoming inquiries and requests from Centers, Sales, and clients.
