The Director, Clinical Supervision & Practice Development is responsible for advancing enterprise clinical supervision models, clinician competency frameworks, and practice development strategies that support consistent, high-quality clinical care across LifeStance. This role develops scalable supervision standards, supervisor training pathways, and outcomes-informed development practices by partnering with Clinical Practice, Measurement-Based Care, Clinical Operations, Learning & Development, Research, and clinical leadership. Success looks like enterprise-wide adoption of effective supervision practices, strengthened clinician capability, improved fidelity to evidence-based care, and measurable improvement in clinical quality, consistency, and patient outcomes.
