Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects generated through company marketing and lead-generation channels.

Contact new and existing leads promptly.
•
Conduct outbound follow-up calls when needed.
•
Re-engage prospects who have not yet made a decision.
•
Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.
•
Track next steps and follow-up commitments.
•
Ensure interested prospects do not fall through the cracks.
This role requires more than simply answering calls.

CRM & Pipeline Management
Maintain complete and accurate records of client interactions in the company’s CRM.
Maintain strong CRM hygiene and ensure information is accurate, current, and properly documented.
Work closely with sales and customer service teams to:
