Project Role Description : Support Solution Architects in solution development, design, and approval processes. Leverage standard process methods to shape solutions to meet scope of services, delivery locations, and related costs. Bring efficiency and consistency in response development and operations support.

Good to have skills : Data Build Tool, PySpark, Python (Programming Language)

Summary:
As a Solution Enablement Practitioner, a typical day involves collaborating closely with Solution Architects to assist in the development, design, and approval of various solutions. The role requires applying established process methodologies to tailor solutions that align with service scopes, delivery locations, and associated costs. Throughout the day, the practitioner focuses on enhancing efficiency and maintaining consistency in both response development and operational support activities, ensuring smooth progression of projects and effective communication within the team.

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
•
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
•
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
•
Assist in documenting solution designs and maintaining up-to-date records for reference and compliance.
•
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process optimization.
•
Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
Professional & Technical Skills:
•
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
•
Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), PySpark, Data Build Tool.
•
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud-based data platforms.
•
Experience in designing and optimizing data models for performance and scalability.
•
Familiarity with data integration techniques and ETL/ELT processes.
•
Ability to analyze complex data sets and troubleshoot data-related issues effectively.
Additional Information:
•
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
•
This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
•
A 15 years full time education is required.
