Blackbaud’s Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team serves as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, driving financial decision-making, long-term value creation, and operational excellence across the company. We are seeking a highly analytical, commercially minded, and collaborative Senior Manager, Go-to-Market FP&A to serve as the primary finance business partner for Blackbaud’s Chief Commercial Officer and leadership teams across Global Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Sales Operations, and International businesses.
In this highly visible role, you will help shape Blackbaud’s growth strategy by providing financial leadership, actionable insights, and data-driven recommendations that influence investment decisions, resource allocation, pricing strategies, and go-to-market execution. You will lead critical planning processes, including forecasting, annual operating plans, long-range planning, sales capacity modeling, compensation planning, and performance management across our commercial organization. The ideal candidate combines exceptional financial acumen with strong business judgment, executive presence, and a passion for helping operating leaders make better decisions.
