Our Physical Therapists help patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and regain functionality following an injury, surgery, or illness. The ideal candidate will assess patients’ conditions, create personalized treatment plans, and guide them through rehabilitative exercises and therapies, and have a focus on Neuro. Physical therapists evaluate each patient’s situation by assessing their range of motion, strength, and pain levels to identify the underlying causes of their limitations.
· Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess strength, range of motion, balance, coordination, posture, and muscle performance.
· Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and clinical guidelines.
· Administer manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and other modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and heat/cold therapy.
· Educate patients and their families on techniques for continued recovery, injury prevention, and healthy lifestyle practices.
· Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments as needed, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with professional standards and regulations.
· Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, athletic trainers, and other healthcare professionals.
· Supervise and instruct physical therapy assistants or aides when applicable.
· Ensure a safe and clean treatment environment.
· Stay updated with current physical therapy practices, research, and innovations.
